Native Plant Restoration (Right in your own garden!) (oakland north / temescal)

Longtime Bay Area landscape designer, gardener wanting to design and install native plant gardens.
These are the gardens that give me the most satisfaction.
I notice more beneficial insects, bees and birds coming around and I love the native plant smells.
I'm posting here as a first step toward working mainly with natives plants and to realize a vision of our garden plantscapes as continuous with the natural areas where we go to get away from it all.
This does not necessarily exclude a formal layout.
