vintage Japanese china tea set - $40 (richmond / point / annex)

I'm guessing this tea set dates from immediately post WWII.
It has a teapot, sugar and creamer, as well as 2 matching teacups.
In perfect condition except that one tea cup has a tiny chip on the rim.
$40 for the set.
I live in a gated community at Marina Bay, just off 580 between El Cerrito and Pt Richmond.
