Inside vinyl is good, few wrinkles, outside vinyl is good mostly, some sunburn areas that are thin.
Could give you several years of service.
Runs nicely, heats well !
Folding top is worn, and still functioning.
Advise putting a tarp over to protect from weather/sun for longer life.
This runs on 110v like all softubs, just plug it in to an outlet! You should have an outlet within about 10 feet, extension cords are not recommended.
It can sit on almost any surface, as long as it is fairly even, does not need to be perfect.
I fill the Softubs with warm/hot water from the house, this softens the vinyl so you can smooth it, saves energy, and gives you a head start on the heating so you can use it soon!
I service and repair, buy and sell softubs, and this is a great value for a good tub.
Will assist loading it with you, only weighs about 100 lbs.
