Gifted but not used, NAMBE #611 handled tray is virtually new.
This is vintage NAMBE ca.
1992.
It is about 18-1/2” L x 9” W x 1-1/2” H and weighs about 4-1/2 lbs.
It is made in USA.
NAMBE is noted for its organically sculpted items; this is simple plank design with curved sides of adequate depth to capture sauces of prepared fish or meats, and two integral cut-out handles.
NAMBE’s metal alloy properties maintain hot or cold temperatures during serving.
As such it is oven/freezer compatible.
Elegant brilliant finish is impervious to all but the dishwasher and microwave.
