Hello there! My name is Sherrell D and I was born and raised here in Sonoma County.
I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and have been in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years and find that I have more passion for it with each passing year.
I love helping people and coaching them through their fitness journey.
It is amazing what a clear plan, accountability, consistency and commitment can do in the life of a person and I am always thrilled to help someone navigate the process.
