I specialize in intuitively making people feel safe and cared-for, particularly with attentive, skillful, strong and compassionate touch.
My style of body work draws from a range of modalities I've collected over the years (18+), with a swedish, deep tissue, myofascial base and some Thai/shiatsu sprinkled in.
I bring my table, towels and oils to you.
I prefer to keep my prices affordable/accessible to all.
Those with the means and appreciation to tip on top of the base rates to express gratitude commensurate with market value for my skill and time are welcomed to do so and appreciated in turn.

With years as a yoga and meditation instructor and tarot reader, our sessions could potentially include more than just massage.
I can also stretch your body as well as help you unlock insight into the (mental, emotional, intergenerational) patterns that often lead to tying us in to physical knots in the first place.
After discussing the areas requiring attention or alignment, and giving them attention with massage, I'll give you some homework (stretches, exercises and or insight into body/mind mechanics), to do in your own.
Hopefully this combination of self attentiveness and external assistance will eventually bring the body/mind into balance, resulting in less need for outside intervention and ultimately less discomfort and more ability to move through the world, doing what you want to do, with increased ease.
I live on the Sonoma Coast, but am willing to travel to Sebastopol/Santa Rosa, and beyond, with a small fuel stipend.
