You know that place where men of a certain age gather to relive the glory days, discuss the trials and tribulations of aging, and generally work shit out? You know the place…
This is that place.
Plus a whole bunch of push-ups, some one-legged flys, a few crawl-unders and some trivia burpees.
(Don’t ask.
Long story.
But it might involve late 80s New Wave, early 90s hip-hop, famous movie lines, or the greatest baseball nicknames)
We are a group of (mostly) middle-aged men looking for 3-4 more guys to join our exercise group.
Some of us have more hair on our chests (and back) than on our heads.
A few of us have a little middle-aged spread.
But we’ve all known each other and worked out together for more than five years.
There’s definitely a lot of laughing, banter, and sorting through exigencies of everyday life.
But mostly, there’s sweat.
Copious amounts.
We all come from an athletic background, and want to stay in shape in order to continue living an active and healthy lifestyle.
So, if you want to work out hard, play well with others, and know what movie the quote “That rug really tied the room together,” comes from, consider joining us.
THE FIRST THREE SESSIONS ARE FREE TO SEE IF WE’RE A GOOD FIT.
Normal rates are $35 per session on a “drop-in” basis.
We usually meet MWF at Noon and occasionally T/Th.
We are lead by a NASM certified trainer with 15 years of experience in the industry.
Please note this is REMOTE training.
As in we won’t be doing any “bro hugs” or singing kumbaya in person.
We do usually get together once or twice a year, however.
We can do affirmations and group hugs then.
