My aesthetics training style will probably be much different Than you are used to.
I will teach you how to feel and control the movements with a strong mind-muscle-connection.
You will learn how to completely focus and isolate the exact muscle you are working, then I will help you push your muscles harder than they have felt before.
We will do lots of mind-muscle-connection techniques, time under tension techniques, many different angles and variations, forced reps at the end.
