I am a certified personal trainer who specializes in helping women (or men) of all ages move better, have more energy, and get in shape.
I believe in a balanced lifestyle with fitness / food.
I can help you with workouts and diet that will help you reach your goals.
A little about me, I am a mother of 4, and fitness has been a part of my life since high school.
Calisthenics is one of my favorite parts of fitness.
I also love to hike, mountain bike, rock climb, snowboard, and go on any outdoor adventures.
Clients DO NOT need a membership to train with me at my gym.
