Support for Parents of Struggling Teens

I offer one-on-one support for parents of teens who are struggling.
These challenges range from everyday issues to crisis situations that involve hospitalizations and residential treatment programs.
My philosophy is that parents also need to take care of themselves during these difficult times.
As a coach, I guide my clients in unpacking their experiences, setting goals, taking action, and reflecting in an ongoing and supportive process.
I have professional coaching and teaching experience with adults and teens, a doctorate in Education, and relevant personal experience as a parent.
