We are a team of trainers that design and implement individualized fitness programs to help with whatever goals you have.
We are professionals in our craft and work out of a state of the art private training studio.
In addition to training, we also provide realistic, evidence-based nutrition advice that includes meal plans, macronutrient tracking, and accountability.
Nutrition and training go hand in hand.
We also understand finding the right trainer in the right space is crucial to success, which is why we offer new clients two hour-long introductory sessions + a consult with our dietitian + a DEXA scan for $249.
The first session we will meet to discuss your health, goals, nutrition, injuries, etc.
, as well as do several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances.
This usually takes an hour and you can wear your street clothes.
From there we'll schedule the second session, which will be a workout, with a trainer that fits your preferences, availability, etc.
