I'm your guy if you want to get fit and have someone to motivate you! I love personal training, and I’m looking for couples or guys to train.
I have a fully private studio, so no other people are around to distract you from your training and goals.
The private space is also great if you feel self-conscious about going to the gym.
I create a safe and welcoming environment for anyone and everyone.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSIONS - Sessions will start and end on time, so you can sneak away from work for a bit - A friendly and happy trainer, plus a clean and welcoming environment - We'll start with a warm-up - I'll take you through a full-body workout, or we'll focus on specific muscle groups - We'll end with some assisted and dynamic stretching COST An introductory rate of $90 if you mention you saw this posting.
