I am a California-certified Massage Therapist offering professional therapeutic sports/deep tissue and deep Swedish massage.
I work with all genders, sexual orientations, and do not discriminate based on ethnicity or age.
My massage is particularly well-suited to athletes aiming to enhance performance or recover from an injury.
This can be for a currently athletic person or for someone who struggles with older injuries.
I can also provide a deeply relaxing experience for non-athletes.
During our introductory conversation we can determine which emphasis is right for you: 1) Sports/deep tissue massage: Concentrated focus on a trouble area that increases range of motion and/or pain reduction.
2) General Sports/deep tissue massage: General body work that addresses both trouble areas and stress reduction.
3) Stress-reducing Relaxation Massage: Concentrated focus that achieves a deep state of relaxation.
