Missing Elderly Lady (mission district)

An at-risk woman was reported missing this week, the San Francisco Police Department said in a news release.
Carmen Aleman, 78, was last seen Tuesday around 5:30 a.
m.
on the 100 block of Lexington Street in the Mission District.
Aleman is described as a Hispanic woman, 5-foot-3 and 150 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a grey and black sweater and Black pants.
She speaks limited English and has Dementia.
