Please take the time to read my story!! (Napa)

Hi my name is Selina, and I'm desperately looking for a sun conure.
My younger brother who is 30 yrs old is dying, I'm going to be completely honest he's dying from liver failure and I know after what I'm about to say will deter most but I ask that you please please hear me out.
My brother is agoraphobic he has a phobia of people mostly due to being so comfortable never leaving his home he has no friends he honestly has nobody except me and my mother who's not doing well either an is on a oxygen tank so he has no drive to fight no drive to live, he has no desire but if he fought right now he could have a chance to survive this and I'm DESPERATELY trying to find a reason for him to want to live, so I need to find him a reason to be happy again, a reason to do something different with his life and so he used to have this sun conure that was his class pet in elementary school and that bird LOVED him! They were inseparable he was also the only kid in that whole school that bird bonded with you could just see the joy in his face in the picture posted with this post so I know in my heart that if I could find him a bird just like that it would bring joy to him, it would give him a reason to live he's incredibly good with birds he's gentle and he's such a good person through and through my brother is the kindest soul you could ever meet and I can assure you that he would love that bird unconditionally they say animals are therapy and I'm doing and trying everything in my power to save my little brother cause I can't handle watching him slowly die right in front of my eyes so I'm grasping at straws trying to do everything I can as his older sister, this is extremely hard for me I just know this is my last shot at saving his life and I had no idea how expensive these birds were until I started searching so I'm asking if anybody out there could please find it in your heart to help me save my brother's life I don't have a lot of money i have about $100 right now on hand but will have at least $300-$400 more for a sun conure come the first.
Please this is my last hope at trying to do all that I possibly can to give him a reason to live.
