Free Task Chair / Desk Chair (oakland lake merritt / grand)

I bought this chair in 2017, and continued to use this throughout the shelter-in-place work-from-home period.
That's when the faux leather started delaminating a bit and I retired it.
The back and armrests are in decent shape, with supportive bolstering.
The flat part of the seat is in not-so-great condition.
Bolstering is still present but not nearly as supportive as it once was.
This is where most of the delamination is happening.
Hydraulic height adjustment still works great and the wheels still roll smoothly.
For the price of free, I don't think it's half bad! If it's not gone by the end of the week though, I'll just toss it.
