Experienced semi-retired accountant/bookkeeper seeking a part-time job (8-10 hrs/week).
Professional Summary • Full charge bookkeeping/accounting: Payroll, AR/AP/GL.
Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Month & year-end financials.
• Banking with multiple currencies • Real estate & personal property, sales & use tax filing.
Travel & Convention tax returns.
• Create and maintain fixed assets depreciation, property tax assessment & development cost allocations in Excel.
• Create and maintain Notes Payable and Receivable schedules in Excel.
• Monthly cash flow schedule(s) and projection.
• Complete and file 1099-NEC for contract employees • Prepare insurance audit including Worker's comp.
• Prepare and analyze short-term (capital calls for partners) and long-term financial forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain company's capitalization table.
