Firewood - Black Acacia - Already Split - $50 (excelsior / outer mission)

I took down a big tree in my backyard; all the wood has been split and is currently seasoning.
It's nice Black Acacia, very dense hardwood.
I have approx.
a chord of wood and can sell it in smaller increments.
The typical price for a chord of seasoned wood is $500, or $200 for a quarter chord.
Since this wood is unseasoned, I am willing to part with it for less.
$150 for approximately a chord or $50 for a quarter.
