(Meyer?) Lemon tree ~4ft tall - $75 (financial district)

Making some room in my small garden.
This is a lovely small lemon tree - ~4ft tall, in a ~20" tall pot.
We believe it is a meyer lemon tree as the lemons tasted almost like oranges and are not as acidic.
It's doing great but I have a larger orange tree already and simply need to make some room.
