Our Overwintered Nucs packages include worker bees, mated and laying Queen Bee, 5 deep frames of already drawn comb with 2-3 frames of brood, and the rest stored pollen and nectar.
You are getting all you need to start your beekeeping journey.
All you need is your empty hive, where you are going to keep your bees (sold separately).
Breed varieties that we are offering at the moment: - Italian bees are great for beginners since they are gentle and easy to manage.
They are highly productive and are known for large numbers due to their focus on raising brood.
They are one of the most docile of the bee subspecies.
They readily build comb and have less tendency to swarm.
- Carniolan bees are known for their overwintering ability.
This kind of bee tends to forage on cool, wet days more often than other bees.
They quickly produce brood when nectar is available, and are excellent pollinators and phenomenal honey producers.
