Apple IMAC A1311 - $50 (excelsior / outer mission)

Tenant left behind this Apple iMac A1311, he said it works but no hard drive.
Plugged in and hear running sound inside the unit but nothing to see in the black screen.
It looks in good shape.
Probably it can be fixed or for parts.
Found out the information about it on the stand and sell as is.
