Brother J4710DW Color Printer/xtra ink - $20 (oakland hills / mills)

Brother MFC-J4710DW InkJet Color Printer plus new unopened boxed ink cartridges and User Manual disc.
The person I purchased this printer from said it worked fine - it lights up and makes all the proper mechanical sounds, but displays a "paper jam" error code.
I wasn't able to clear it and doesn't appear to have any stuck paper.
Since I haven't been able to clear it perhaps one of you out there can! (The extra ink set alone is more than worth the price!)
