* Experience working with neurodiverse learners or those with learning disabilities (ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Executive Functioning Challenges, 2E, and others)
* Working knowledge of evidence-based reading and math instruction for K-5 (ideally a background in structured literacy like Orton-Gillingham, SIPPS)
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide one-on-one academic remediation in person
* Demonstrate strong working relationships with students, parents, and staff
* Demonstrate strong professionalism
*Availability:*
* After-school hours in person at our Oakland clinic
* Approx 8 hours/week (flexible hours, you set your own availability)
*Compensation:*
* $60-$70/hr, depending on qualification and experience
