Job Details:
Mileage ranges from 2200 to 2500 weekly, compensated on a per-mile basis adjusted for experience and productivity.
Initial pay rates vary from $.
55CPM to $.
65CPM with $15/stop;
Average weekly take home $1300-$1500
A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO begins after 30 days.
Drivers with experience can have a rider and pet from day one; trainees can do so after training completion (not allowed during training).
Trainees start at $650/week
Training period lasts approximately 4-6 weeks.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement: 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
Valid Class A CDL required for both trainees and experienced drivers.
Candidates must be able to pass HAIR FOLLICLE and Urine drug test
Trainees must be open to OTR routes during training due to limited trainers on this account.
Accident record must meet specified criteria, including no DOT preventable accidents exceeding $1750 in damage within the last 2 years, among other conditions outlined in the requirements section.
Candidates should not have failed or refused a DOT drug test at any point in their history.
DUI-free record in the last 5 years for commercial vehicles; no history of termination from a previous job due to safety concerns.
