We seek to hire a Part-Time Compliance Driver and Walking Inspector to join our team and utilize 360-degree video cameras mounted on their personal vehicle and company-provided hardhat-mounted gear to perform property inspections.
This role offers flexibility and the potential to increase hours as our business expands in your market.
*About the Role* This Part-Time Compliance Driver and Walking Inspector role will require that you drive your own vehicle.
However, you will be provided with magnets for proper branding and all video capture and processing equipment to perform your duties.
Drivers will drive or walk pre-defined routes of residential and commercial properties (both finished and unfinished), commercially landscaped areas, roadways, city and municipal infrastructure, and other property types to capture, store, and upload video footage and other valuable data.
This data will, in turn, allow the client the ability to remotely inspect and identify violations, safety issues, and other areas of concern and quickly address them.
*Responsibilities* · Ensure your car is operational daily.
· Quickly mount and unmount omnidirectional cameras on the roof of your vehicle or hardhat-mounted equipment using company-issued equipment.
· Ensure camera settings are correct before starting video capture drives or walks.
· Drive pre-defined routes and follow turn-by-turn directionson our proprietary mobile application.
· Operate an omnidirectional camera using a mobile application on a mobile device to conduct property inspections.
· Perform detailed assessments of properties, capturing high-quality visual data.
· Periodic nighttime inspections may be required.
· Periodic weekend inspections may be required.
· Provide safe vehicle operation and comply with all vehicle regulations and traffic laws.
· Extract and upload 1-2 hours of video footage to company software via an easy-to-use upload process from home.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company standards.
· Complete all paperwork accurately and to specifications.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
*Minimum Personal Vehicle Requirements:* · The personal vehicle must be a 2010 or newer.
· The personal vehicle should be reliable and in good working order.
· The exterior of the vehicle should be clean and professional in appearance.
This generally means free of all significant exterior defects, damage, and/or window and bumper stickers.
· Neon exterior lights, aftermarket exhausts, and aftermarket sound systems that produce excessive bass or subwoofer noise are prohibited while performing driving inspections.
· Drivers may be required to provide periodic photos of their vehicles to ensure they comply with our guidelines.
*Minimum Requirements:* · Be able to pass a background check.
· Be able to pass a driver history check.
· Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
· Must have access to a Fiber internet connection at home.
· Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
· Ability to follow turn-by-turn navigation at a low rate of speed.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Able to use smartphones, Bluetooth, laptops, electronic forms, and hard drives.
*Preferred Qualification (but not required):* · Able to meet daily/weekly/monthly property inspection needs under virtual supervision.
· Basic knowledge of how to use a video capture device such as a GoPro and/or other similar cameras.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
*Physical Requirements:* · Ability to spend most working hours on the road or your feet performing walking inspections over sometimes uneven terrain.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
*Job Purpose* We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy driver to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with 360-degree video recording, property inspections, and will be knowledgeable about the use of Apple products and GoPro cameras.
Drivers will capture high-quality video from their vehicle mounted camera as well as a smaller helmet mounted camera.
Drivers will be required to spend long hours in a car to travel to different locations and may have walking inspections for multiple hours per day.

* Set up and operate a 360-degree camera and other related equipment to capture high-quality video.
* Ensure that all video footage is captured in a professional and visually appealing manner.
* Manage and organize all equipment, including the laptop, cameras, and other accessories.
* Store, extract, and upload video footage to company software via an easy-to-use upload process from home with a company issued laptop.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment.
* Drive pre-defined routes while the camera attached to the company vehicle or helmet records 360-degree video.
* Provide safe operation of the vehicle and comply with all vehicle regulations and traffic laws as well as company vehicle policies.
* Ensure the car is operational daily.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Maintain excellent appearance of the company vehicle both inside and out.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
