Upward Mobility: Thrive in an exciting environment with the opportunity for upward mobility within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving: Safely operate Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks after in-house training.
Junk Diversion: Identify donatable items, recyclables, and items of value for diversion from landfills.
Marketing: Act as a brand advocate through various marketing efforts, from guerrilla marketing to mobile marketing in our trucks.
Safety: Commit to safe and professional navigation, driving, and loading/unloading of customers' belongings.
Sales: Conduct in-depth assessments and clearly communicate service benefits
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
Load and unload items with and without dollies.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle or reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Start time availability between 10 am-1 pm, including weekends, holidays, and weekdays (at least 4-5 days a week).
Ability to work full days (6-9 hours on average).
Customer-friendly and confident
Drug-free – we are a drug-free workplace.
Working cell phone with the ability to download multiple apps
Availability to work at least one weekend day.
