*Job Summary*
Sunderstorm is seeking a highly motivated and professional wholesale delivery driver.
The delivery driver will operate cargo vans containing finished good products and facilitate deliveries with our valued customers.
*Essential Task, Duties and Responsibilities*
* Punctual arrival to the facility according to the delivery schedule
* Attention to detail regarding the review of paperwork and outgoing product for the assigned route
* Loading of delivery vehicle with finished good product
* Use of fleet app for vehicle inspection report
* Use of routing app
* Facilitate smooth delivery process with our customers including the unloading of product, filling out paperwork, writing receipts, assisting our customers with the intake process, cash handling
* Clearly communicate and coordinate with our internal dispatch team
* Assist with the transportation of delivery vehicles for maintenance
* Other duties as assigned by Distribution Manager
*Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*
* Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required
* Experience driving large vehicles
* Class C Driver’s License is required for this position
* Vehicle maintenance experience or skills are a plus
* Great communication skills, positive attitude, trustworthy, dependable, accountable for own actions, motivating team members, and able to receive constructive criticism.
* Must be able to time manage, multitask, and have interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail, good attitude, and dependability
* Ability to sit/stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting boxes, must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Must have smartphone capable of using fleet applications
* Must have flexible schedule as start and end times vary by day
*Physical Requirements*
● Ability to sit/stand for 8 hours or more, leaning over and lifting bins
● Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
