As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient and accurate execution of the retrieval, sampling, and delivery of biomass, as well as contributing to the pick, pack, and shipping operations of finished goods to customers.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Execute the retrieval and sampling processes for biomass products with precision and attention to detail.
* Contribute to the pick, pack, and shipping operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
* Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to the Fulfillment Department Manager.
* Adhere to quality control procedures to guarantee that all products meet the company's standards before shipment.
* Work closely with the Fulfillment Department Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
* Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software and Google Suite.
* Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed (~50lbs).
