Delivery/Production Operative/Installer (laurel hts / presidio)

We need people hard at work in our workshop to make custom decor and sculptures for our high profile corporate and private clients.
You will be tasked with maintaining quality control, playing a role in an assembly line, and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to ensure our orders are made and installed correctly.
No balloon experience necessary (great if you have it though!) as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities: Work with production team to produce, deliver, install and teardown our work in a fast-paced environment.
Uphold quality control standards Ensure workstations are clean and tidy Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines Communicate equipment and production issues to management Vocalize process improvements and system breakdowns to management Requirements: Excellent time management skills, proven punctuality Ability to interpret instruction guides and follow a recipe Great analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Keen eye for detail Tidy and organized Ability to stay focused and work efficiently through repetitive tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods of time Physical dexterity for assembling small and delicate components Valid Drivers Licence
