Loving family in South Novato (Bel Marin Keys neighborhood) seeking multiple compassionate caregivers for FT/PT shifts.
Seeking care for our two fully dependent adult sons (in their 30’s) with physical disabilities.
While CNA or LVN (or nursing students) are preferred, we will train the right candidates on all procedures and equipment.
This is a good place to get hands-on experience if you are thinking of a medical career.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
⁃ Comfortable working in a home environment.
⁃ You must be comfortable with various assisted daily living (ADL’s) services.
These include a variety of tasks such as: daily clothing changes, incontinence/bowel care, repositioning, feeding, transfers, as well as bed baths and feeding care.
⁃ Our household is fully vaccinated, and we require that you be as well.
⁃ A Family wheelchair Van is provided for outings or Dr.
s appointments.
⁃ Limited meal prep as well as light housecleaning duties required for patient rooms and laundry.
⁃ We staff at a 1:1 ratio and are looking for individuals that will not only care for our sons medically but will engage with them socially during your shift.
⁃ Must be a registered care provider with IHSS.
We will help with this registration process.
