Part time vacation rental cleaner (Bodega Bay, Russian River, Healdsburg, Kenwood)

Looking for PT experienced vacation rental cleaner.
Could work into FT this summer.
Would need to be available most Sundays and Mondays with possibility of weekday work when needed.
I have very high standards and am looking for cleaners with exceptional work ethic and good attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
I will schedule a day to work together to see if we are a good fit.
Pay when working with me or another cleaner is $25 hr.
Once on your own I pay per property.
You will make from $25 to $45 per hour depending on how long it takes you to clean a house.
You will be responsible for paying your own taxes and will receive a 1099 for earnings.
I am easy to get along with and don't do drama.
