CNA , Caregiver or Willing to try (san rafael)

Hello, My name is Leah.
I desperately need a temporary PT caregiver a few hours a day to start immediately.
Even a well intentioned helper who’s willing for a few days.
The days and hours are flexible.
The pay $20-25 to start.
I was just discharged from MGH after a three week stay due to severe lymphedema swelling and infection - before a proper aftercare plan was put in place - I was supposed to have a caregiver set up who’s skilled in physical therapy and wound care.
Instead I am at home unable to move more than a few feet from my bed.
My edema is resuming, my muscles are rigid and tight and the pain is increasing.
I have all the supplies to change my leg dressings but I can’t reach them properly.
I live in Marinwood with my 81 year old Mother who’s in the early stages of dementia but fully functional.
We both qualify for IHSS and I’m working with several agencies but nothing has been approved yet.
(Except for a respite care grant) But for now I just need someone to assist me in taking care of daily tasks and making sure my Mother doesn’t have to do chores.
Meanwhile we need light cleaning, cooking, meal prep, (applied for both Ceres and Meals on Wheels) laundry, shopping and pick ups.
Occasionally driving to appointments.
In the beginning it’s getting our house cleaned up and organized so I can function with my walker.
I feel so incredibly vulnerable - it’s scary not being able to get up take care of myself.
I’m in a bed in the garage room, with a refrigerator and microwave.
