My name is Justin and I live independently with 24/7 care in mill valley.
I have cerebral palsy.
I am seeking a FEMALE caregiver who is outgoing and hard working.
The main requirement for perspective employees is the willingness to enroll with Ihss, in home supportive services, and my financial management service.
Ihss will pay you 18$ per hour.
My financial management will pay you 25$ per hour with potential for raises at my discretion.
I require meal prep, feeding, assistance with dressing, changing diapers, shower assistance, light house keeping, and a driver for my van, for me to run errands pleasure trips etc.
Hours required: Sunday: 11pm-9am Monday, Monday 9-3pm, and Monday night from 11pm-9am Tuesday.
Tuesday off.
Wednesday from 9am-5pm, Thursday from 9am-2pm.
Friday from 9am-3pm.
