Need a basic powerpoint person (larkspur)

Doing a writing project, need some on who can meet in Sonoma this Sat area.
I have a need for 3 hours of powerpoints work.
Making a cover for a report, putting a couple of drawings in a word doc, very simple straigthforward.
I need to do this work in person.
Possibly zoom.
Prefer in person 9-12 this Sat at a coffee shop
