Tuesday – Saturday*_ _*Pay Rate: $22-26 DOE*_ *SUMMARY* In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of packaging lines and supporting bottling/kegging operations at our Windsor Brewery.
This involves providing comprehensive support for all bottling, canning, and kegging operations, including tasks such as equipment cleaning, sanitation, regular maintenance, and ensuring the safe and timely completion of packaging tasks.
You will actively contribute to achieving QC goals, promptly addressing any arising issues, and accurately recording and reporting packaging data.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Operate, and provide support for, all bottling, canning, and kegging operations.
* Cleaning and sanitation of equipment including CIP of bright beer tanks and fillers.
* Perform regular and preventative maintenance on packaging equipment and end-of-day cleaning on all lines.
* Ensures all packaging tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
* All work to be completed with an eye toward low TPO (Total Packaged Oxygen).
* Work with the team to achieve all QC goals.
* Proactively prevent and stop QC issues if they occur.
* Report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
* Accurately record and report packaging data into OBeer as well as Smartsheet.
* Operate a forklift safely.
* Follow all safety rules and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required.
* All other duties as assigned.

*REQUIREMENTS* * Must have at least two years of a combination of packaging and cellar experience.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to work 1 p.
m.
– 9 p.
m.
(Tuesday – Saturday).
*PHYSICAL DEMANDS* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: Much of the work consists of conveying information verbally.
The employee must occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds and manipulate and/or move up to 155 pounds, including tipping full kegs via a tipping station .
Requires manual dexterity and ability to quickly move hand(s), hand with arm, grasp, manipulate, or assemble.
