About the Family:
Our lovely Tiburon family is about to welcome their new baby to their family! They are looking for a great partner to collaborate with to support their growing family.
They enjoy traveling and would love their nanny to join them at least a few times a year.
Mom and dad both work full-time and will have a baby nurse to help out for the first several weeks once baby comes home.
Who is your ideal match?
Their ideal match would be a candidate who is able to work 40-45 hours per week with the ability to travel with the family a few times per year locally and internationally.
They are looking for a long-term candidate who can stay with their family for a number of years while they grow their family.
This person would have impeccable transparency and communication with mom and dad and truly embrace a positive “team” spirit and attitude.
Additional Responsibilities:
Light household support including light housekeeping, organization, preparing bottles and food for the baby, baby laundry and keeping all the baby’s areas clean.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with infants, a minimum of 3-5 years preferred
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Trustworthy and honest
Ability to adapt well to changes and environment
Hardworking and resourceful
Positive attitude, high energy, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.

Prior experience as a newborn nanny
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong ethical boundaries, professionalism and work ethic
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience
Strong English communication skills
Strong references from past employers
Willing to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify)
Ability to make at least a 1-3+ year minimum commitment
