The Lavender Family POSITION: Full-Time Baby Nanny SCHEDULE: Full-time: 7am-6pm CHILDREN: SALARY: $40+ gross per hr IDEAL START DATE: April/ June 2024 THEIR GENUINE NANNY Meet our Lavender Family! About the Family; Our new Lavender family is about to have their first baby this February! They are looking for a loving and experienced nanny to join their household in the early to mid-spring.
This position requires a flexible candidate who has the flexibility to work M-F from 7am-6pm.
Mom and Dad both work full-time but enjoy being active and love to travel.
Their ideal nanny is active with a high EQ and open communication style.
Although mom and dad have busy work schedules it’s important to them that the caregiver values the parents’ involvement and has a high level of transparency.
They see this person as a teammate and part of the family! Someone who can grow with them as they expand their family.
There is also one other family member to consider, their adorable bernadoodle! Being the adventurous family that they are they were thinking about living in London for the month of July.
If that is something appealing for you it could be a perfect fit… Qualifications: Experience with infants through toddler age Must have a genuine passion for working with children and be warm, playful, and outdoorsy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Must love dogs! Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines as well as help out in the household with laundry, meal prep, errands, tidying and organizing.
Looking for a long-term position with a 1-5 year committment Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience Strong English communication skills Strong references from past employers Willing to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify) Ability to make at least a 1-3+ year minimum commitment U.
