Part-time: 3-4 days per week (15-25 hours guaranteed) Flexible schedule

About the Family;
Our Orchid family is looking for a budding Household Assistant to join their household near Buena Vista Park, SF.
Their daughters are no longer in need of a nanny but they are looking for extra support around the household to help with their daily routine.
Who is your ideal match?
Their ideal match would be a candidate who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to help manage a busy home.
The family has an adorable small rescue dog who will need a daily walk and extra love!
Duties:
Frequency: Daily - approximately 15-25 hours per week guaranteed
Generally, straighten up around the house (no need for deep cleans as we have a cleaning service once a week)
Routine laundry, including clothing (two adults and a child) to be washed, folded and put away
Loading and running dishwasher
Polish silver/set table for family dinner
Taking out the trash/bins, if needed
Reporting of issues and/or breakdowns of household appliances
Straightening up / tidying up living spaces, closets and bedrooms
Help with grocery shopping and meal preparation
Walk the dog 1x/day.
Help with occasional transportation of the children
Possible additional projects, if there is time and ability
Qualifications: Local Candidates ONLY, please!
Prior experience as a Family Assistant or Household Assistant
Experience with older school-age children
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong ethical boundaries, professionalism and work ethic
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional Family Assistant experience
Strong English communication skills
Strong references from past employers
Willing to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify)
Ability to make at least a 1-3+ year minimum commitment

Valid driver's license and clean driving record CPR Certification if applicable
