Full Time Infant Nanny & Family Assistant

The Fern Family POSITION: Full-Time Nanny & Family Assistant SCHEDULE: Full-time: M-F from 7/8am-6/7pm (50 hours per week or split with another nanny) CHILDREN: 9 months plus a newborn baby on the way in the Spring! SALARY: $40-45+ gross per hr + Benefits IDEAL START DATE: Early 2024 THEIR GENUINE NANNY Meet our Fern Family! About the Family; Our growing Marin-based Fern family has a 9-month-old adorable son and a sibling on the way in the Spring! This position requires a flexible candidate who can start around 40 hours per week but has flexibility for 50 hours per week once baby number two arrives in the Spring.
The parents are also willing to hire a second candidate to offset some of the hours for the right fit.
Mom will be working from home while also tag teaming with the nanny.
This person would be taking care of their son and eventually helping out with both children who will be 16 months apart! The parents are looking for a true partner, someone who can balance household tasks while engaging with the children.
They also have a hypoallergenic puppy who will be among the fray! Dad works full-time so having a second set of hands around the house who is competent enough to take the rains but flexible enough to work alongside mom would be a great fit.
Mom and Dad have created a warm and loving household and are so excited to welcome baby number 2 into the picture! This position is great for a nanny who is experienced, mature, grounded and flexible to increase their hours come Summer.
English is the primary language in the house but if someone speaks Mandarin or Cantonese that would be a plus but it’s not required.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus Must love dogs! Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines as well as help out in the household with laundry, meal prep, errands, tidying and organizing.
