Job Description: Nanny/ Family Assistant Job Opportunity: Family Assistant /Nanny - Supporting a Vibrant Home About Us: We are a warm and bustling family residing in the scenic area of Tiburon's West Shore.
Our family is seeking a versatile and dedicated Nanny / Family Assistant to support our children’s wellbeing and overall household.
We are looking first and foremost for a caregiver who has had prior experience working with ADHD children as we have a high-energy 6-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with ADHD.
He loves the outdoors and needs a caregiver who understands how to direct his energy while creating firm boundaries and expectations.
Their 2-year-old daughter is sweet and ready to be potty trained so experience with ages 2 yrs - young school age is essential! This position could also include a focus on household assistance if you are looking for a more robust schedule.
While the kiddos are in school we would love if someone could help our home run smoothly so mom and dad can focus on the kids in the evenings.
These tasks would include keeping the kitchen clean, daily home organization duties (keeping the kid’s rooms and general home tidy), family laundry, cooking family meals, etc.
This position would be perfect for someone who is patient, loving with a firm sense of child development especially with children on the spectrum.
A great match would be someone who is organized and tidy and has excellent communication and time management skills.
Assist with afternoon routines, that include afterschool activities, therapy appointments and play! Keeping the home tidy and clean.
They employ housecleaners who support their home with deep cleaning.
Picking up groceries and skilled with cooking healthy meals for the children and family as a whole Occasional driving for errands or child-related activities.
Requirements: A minimum of 2-5 years of recent experience with toddler through school age children Strong English communication skills Strong references from past employers Willing to pass two background checks (Trustline & Nanny Verify) Ability to make at least a 1-3+ year minimum commitment U.
