Party Supply Store Merchandise - $120,000 (concord / pleasant hill / martinez)

Have for sale Merchandise from a Party Supply Store like Party City.
Over $180,000-$200,000 of Merchandise.
Basically everything that you would find at a Party City type store.
My buddy had to close his store down so I am liquidating everything for him.
Was in a 10’x30’ Storage Unit packed Floor to Ceiling until I transferred to my warehouse.
Pictures show the very small percentage of the total that I have inventoried so far at the discounted prices that are far below retail.
So far we have inventoried and listed a little less than half on eBay.
At eBay prices which is almost always less than regular retail, it is almost $140,000 worth of merchandise.
So realistically, this is probably approximately (educated estimate) $220,000-$300,000 worth of Retail Inventory.
I will not part this out or let people pick and choose.
It’s all or nothing.
Make me a reasonable offer I can’t refuse and you can get a lot of merchandise at a really good price.
