Let me tell you a little story about Jerry at Mobile Marine.
Not an endorsement, so I caution you not to duplicate my mistake.
Beware In March, acting on Craigslist, I engaged them for repairs on my car.
When they completed the work, I approved it and made payment.
But after driving the car for some twenty-five miles over the course of a couple weeks, I had a catastrophic breakdown.
That night Jerry was immediately sympathetic and gave me a lecture on the sincerity and commitment to his business.
In the next couple days there was no follow-up, so I texted him and he postulated a number of reasons for the failure.
He promised he would investigate and I would get satisfaction shortly.
In the past two weeks, he has been unresponsive while my car sits immobile at the curb.
