Why am I moving?
I've lived here since September 2022.
I'm moving out to live with my partner in another part of SF.
There is no roommate drama, issues with the house, neighbors, or neighborhood.

We (2 m + 2 f) are all mature and communicate proactively.
We all get along quite well but have various interests and hobbies.
The house is usually quiet.
We do not throw parties, but we do not have a problem if you invite friends over for drinks and food.

The presidio residences are also dog friendly! One of the current tenants has a dog.
