It is a private room on the 1st floor in a suite with 2 other private rooms and a shared bathroom between the 3.
There is a large community living room, an industrial-grade community kitchen and a large front deck perfect for enjoying the amazing weather.
Professional cleaners tidy the common areas every other Monday.
Coin laundry is available on-site.
Private off-street parking may be available based on demand.
The house is located at the corner of Dwight and Piedmont only four blocks from campus and the football stadium.
The 79 AC Transit bus picks up right in front of the house and the 51B bus picks up one block down.
The lease will be for the Berkeley spring semester (around Jan 9 to the end of May 2024).
All utilities (PGE, Water, Trash, Cable and Internet) are included in rent.
You must be a student at a college or university in the Bay Area as this is a college house.
