Carpet is newer (under a year old).
Walls recently painted.
Closet is large and has enough room for lots of clothes and storage.
Bathroom is approx: 6' x 9', also spacious with natural light.
Kitchen area: 4 burner electric stove and oven, sink, small frig, microwave and cabinets.
Has a nice large patio with outdoor furniture for relaxing and watching the incredible sunsets.
Parking is for one car only - on site.
There is no other parking or storage available, sorry.
Studio is located near Atherton Ave.
Hwy 101 is 1 mile away, Hwy 37 is 2 miles away.
Only 2 or so miles to downtown Novato.

Lots of hiking trails and bike paths nearby too.
If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and very quiet and safe place to live in a "non-apartment" type surrounding, you've found it :) The sunsets are spectacular too!
