Best for a pet that doesn't go outside but rarely due to coyotes in the neighborhood.
Also best for a quiet person.
Someone who isn't going to be having his or her social (or romantic) life transpire primarily here but once in a while, and is on the quieter side as a person, generally.
This is not for everyone for that reason.
