In between times it is a temporary/vacation rental! So, if you need 60 days before moving in --- or even more time, no problem!
The Artist's suite is 'Theatrical'.
That is why it suits artists and romantics.
It is a stage set.
A 'throw back' to ancient times.
Atlantis.
There is a window bed in the kitchen where you can cozy up and watch the rain with your significant other.
Or, where friends can lay around and chat with you while you're cooking dinner!
Tucked in forest, yet centrally located, (only 7 minutes from The Golden Gate Bridge) you are living in nature with hiking, biking and horse trails right out the front door.
Gentle wildlife - deer, racoons, wild turkeys and foxes are your neighbors! There is birdsong all day long and brooks filled with chanting waters.
You won't need much furniture.
The 2 main rooms are a good size.
The bedroom is small but will nicely accommodate a queen-size bed, a dresser drawer and an end table.
The bathroom is whimsical.
It has a Whirlpool tub and shower.
The Kitchen has an electric stove and dishwasher.
PLEASE HAVE GENTLE ENERGY and PLEASE LOVE PEACE AND PRIVACY! Meditative types are much appreciated! THE GROUNDS ARE LIKE A RETREAT HOUSE.
PLEASE BE TIDY!
You will be living beneath a home with a person upstairs who meditates and removes shoes when entering the house.
Nobody living in The Artist's Suite, has ever complained about noise.
