- Furnished Single Room: from $1,450/month + flat utilities ($100/month)
- Furnished Single Room in law unit: from $1,250/month + flat utilities ($100/month)
Flexible lease period
Flat utilities included are free on-site washer and dryer, house essential refills (toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.
), common area professional cleaning service, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, electricity & gas, water & sewer, and trash & recycle.
On-site parking is also available upon request with an extra charge.
