The master bedroom is HUGE and currently fits a breakfast nook, bookshelves, a wardrobe, a queen size bed, a couch, and a coffee table (all in one room).
It gets tons of natural light in the afternoon, as the bedroom window faces west.
The walk-in closet is also extremely spacious and comes with built in shelves & dresser drawers.
You will have your own bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The unit is a 1218 sq ft 2BR/2BA and features hardwood floors throughout all common spaces (bedroom is carpeted), in-unit washer/dryer, and updated stainless steel kitchen appliances! Additionally, the living room offers an amazing view of the Bay with the Bay Bridge crossing right over the unit (windows are insulated so there is no street/bridge noise).
The building is located on the corner of Main/Harrison and features a pool, hot tub, and mini gym.
It's just a couple of blocks from the Embarcadero/Folsom MUNI train stop and a ~12 minute walk to Embarcadero BART.
You will be sharing the unit with a gay couple.
Once in a while, we dog sit our friend's dog (Boston Terrier).
We're looking for a responsible, tidy individual to share our home with.
No smoking/drugs, please!
Rent is $2,000 and includes all utilities (water/garbage/heat/electricity/internet).
Dedicated indoor parking is available.

One calendar month notice before moving out.
