As a leading catering company in the Sonoma County, we are looking for a reliable & detail-oriented person that is able to work both independently and collaboratively.
This passionate individual assists our Event Production Coordinator & Team as a whole, in-office with rental & administrative needs and cross train working at events.
This position includes overseeing our print station, rental orders & invoices, answering phones, creating event menus and signs, printing, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
While catering and event experience is not a requirement, it is a plus.

), Word and Excel Proficient, Comfortable using Apple products & Printers, Quick and Accurate Data Entry, Strong Multi-Tasking Skills, Ability to Trouble-Shoot
This is a full-time position, requiring a 40 hour work week.
Compensation + benefits, includes a Simple IRA and health coverage +Paid Time Off
Monday-Friday/Tuesday-Saturday with some flexibility required
Required to work in an office environment, with a minimum of 1or 2 day per week on at events in a service capacity.
